Goal
To upgrade the existing brand’s value in order to project a ‘premium quality’ image as well as a ‘neighbourhood bistro’ personality.
Challenges
The new location and pricing was considered upscale and expensive as well as faced stiff competition from other leading brands in the same category.
Our Approach
We experimented with telling the same story in a multitude of ways, communicating the spirit of local culture through its food, family recipes, food festivals, through great design, capturing guests frequently and featuring service staff.
Outcomes
Follower Growth
We increased the number of followers on Instagram by 6500 over 8 years.
Engagement Rate
The engagement rate is at 1.63 % with an average of 8 comments per post and 109 likes.
